Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S. fulfillment partner. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Tracking is provided once your order ships. We do not promise guaranteed delivery dates.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia only. Checkout will not return a shipping rate for any other destination, so orders cannot be placed to: Alaska; Hawaii; Puerto Rico; any other U.S. territory, including Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands; and U.S. military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO). This matches our fulfillment partner's coverage.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days before they leave the warehouse. Orders containing more than 200 items can take 5–10 business days. Processing time begins once the order is accepted for fulfillment, which follows a short window after checkout during which an order can still be changed.

Transit time

Standard — USPS Ground Advantage — 2–4 business days
Express shipping is not currently offered at checkout.

Transit time is in addition to processing time. A standard U.S. order therefore usually arrives 4–9 business days after it is placed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated from the weight of the shipment and the destination, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Up to 0.50 lb — $4.50

0.51–0.75 lb — $5.50

0.76–1.00 lb — $7.00

1.01–2.00 lb — $9.00

2.01–3.00 lb — $12.00

Each additional pound — add $1.75, up to a 20 lb maximum

Aluvia Creatine Monohydrate — 0.68 lb — $5.50 standard
Aluvia Whey Protein — 1.39 lb — $9.00 standard

Orders with more than one item

We hold stock in more than one U.S. fulfillment center, so an order with several items may be split and arrive in more than one delivery, each with its own tracking number. Splitting an order never increases the shipping you pay — you are charged once, at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order reaches the shipping facility. If you have not received tracking within the processing window above, email Thealuvia.store@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping origin

Orders ship from U.S. fulfillment centers, with the main warehouse in Denver, Colorado. The fulfillment center's address appears as the sender address on the shipping label rather than ours — this is a carrier requirement.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, weather, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
